      Advanced his expertise in Real Estate and asset development in the U.S., focusing on investment structuring and value optimization for physical assets.

    • Sovereign Strategy:

      Served as Chairman and CEO of the Republic of San Marino Innovation Institute. He architected the landmark San Marino Blockchain framework (2019), collaborating with the OECD, IMF, Cisco, and PwC to bridge public policy with private-sector execution.

    • Academic & Industrial Rigor:

      An alumnus of Cass Business School (Finance & Strategy), Sergio continues his doctoral research while developing advanced strategic frameworks for global leaders like Bosch, applying systems thinking to multi-billion euro innovation budgets.
