Our own work, our own risk.

Entertainment. Beauty. Longevity. Place.

We build as well as advise. A founder brings the idea. We bring the judgement and the design, and stay until the venture is ready for capital. We are paid in shares, so the risk is ours as well.

No shares in advisory clients or their competitors. Where our ventures touch your decision, we say so before the Session.

Desire is moving from the logo to a life.

Spend and attention are moving from logo and volume toward meaning, access, well-being and a life that can be lived. At the top of the market, the logo alone no longer carries the argument. Beauty, wellness and a certain kind of entertainment are where capital and desire still meet.

We do not run a fund. We do not publish other people’s brands. We use our own time on a small number of ventures in that shift (a series, a line, a place, a way of staying) so the method is proven on work that is ours.

Four bets on that shift.

Entertainment with a world
Not more hours. A place people want to stay inside (period, character, ritual), so the story carries meaning and a way of living, not another format.

Beauty that starts from trust
Not another cabinet. A line that begins with a clinical name people already believe, and only then becomes a brand with a reason to exist.

Longevity as a way of living
Not a protocol menu. How people live, recover and stay: care turned into something they will choose, not a treatment they are sent to.

Place, out of season
Not a property brochure. A valley or a city in the months nobody designed it for: a reason to come, a way to stay, houses and crafts in collaboration rather than in campaign.

Every mistake made here is one a client never pays for.

Every venture runs the method on work that is ours. What fails here is fixed before it reaches a client. What works is the proof that we originate, not only advise. And it keeps us on the side of the table with the risk.

The questions we ask of your plan, asked of our own work first.
